The location is consistently clean, and the staff demonstrates a thorough knowledge of the menu and available items. They are always friendly, approachable, and willing to provide recommendations when queries arise. The pasta is consistently delicious, with generous serving sizes available in mini, regular, or giant portions. While the salads are fresh and well-prepared, I find the salad dressing to be somewhat bland in flavor. Did the build your own large, linguine, onions, broccoli, tomatoes sun dried tomatoes x2, shrimp, pesto, medium heat. Homemade hibiscus tea. Ciabatta garlic bread. Food was incredibly tasty. Shrimp was spot on. Kudos on the pesto being pretty much perfect as some times at places it tends to be on the oily side, not here. Huge bonus / benefit and extra A's for having Sun Dried Tomatoes as an option. Also some thing that many places do not offer. Not only was the staff smiling and friendly, but Manny came out and chatted with my co-workers and I about the place. Really wonderful to listen to someone so passionate about what he does. The food quality matches his enthusiasm. Really happy that my co-worker chose this place, as he suggested it after eating here quite often. The food is excellently prepared and seasoned to your preferred level of heat. The menu offers many options, including several protein and non-meat choices. The staff is welcoming and willing to accommodate custom meal requests. I love the atmosphere, which features modern chic decor, impressive graphics, and a tiled floor. The restaurant is in a busy business shopping strip with ample free parking. While there are tables for dining in, most customers choose to order takeout. ”

“ My boyfriend and I like shopping at the Dollar Tree on La Tijera. Mainly because in the front parking lot there is one of our favorite taco stands. They make fresh tortillas! On this particular day we parked in the back of the store because there is more space and its easier to enter and exit. After shopping we put our bags in the car and about to walk back through the store to the taco stand. On the back of the building we saw the sign "Flamin' Pasta." That morning I had been craving pasta and here it was. We went next to door to check the menu. They have the standards, but what caught my attention was the specialty pastas. We both decided on Cajun Pasta: penne pasta, fresh garlic, butter, shrimp, bell peppers, onions, sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, with alfredo sauce, Cajun seasoning, tossed with parmesan cheese, and finished with a touch of parsley. We made it a combo and added a salad and garlic bread for 5.99. You can choose a soda instead of the garlic bread... go for the garlic bread. We could have chosen different dishes and shared, but I don't share my food. Oscar, at the counter was so friendly and helpful. As we were standing in line, Manuel the owner was behind us and we talked about the sign, New Orleans, and food. He's in the photo, make sure to say hi when you see him. We have found out favorite place to get food when we go shopping. Fresh food, original recipes, and affordable. The portions are big, and they have a catering menu. Go hungry! ”
